I know how painful this is because I've been there. I felt stuck in my life for a long time never really making much progress at work on in my relationships.

I've suffered with anxiety and a lack of confidence in myself, my abilities and my knowledge.

I've seen that others seemed more focussed than me, more together, and lived lives with more meaning.

It was through meditation teacher training that I learnt about Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

I felt that I finally found an approach that made sense to me, something that enables me to build a structure around my life, to achieve work/life balance and to become who I truly wanted to be.

I started offering ACT based coaching to my clients, and this is when I saw even more change in me and my clients.  

Now I wake up happy every day, I have a deep sense of fulfilment and inner peace. I don't get caught up in my emotions and thoughts like I used too, and most importantly I don't have an sense that I'm empty inside.

Using ACT, I get my clients to a space in ten-weeks that took me 40 years to reach.

To a place that they have the courage to be who they want to be, to relieve their stress, anxiety and live life on purpose.

The Ten Week Programme

During the ten-week programme I'll take you through the six processes that work together to help you to become ‘psychologically flexible’.

These are;

  • Acceptance - Allowing thoughts and emotions to come and go without struggling with them.
  • Cognitive defusion - learning ways to put distance between you and your thoughts so they no longer act a barrier to what you want.
  • Mindfulness - I'll teach you how to be aware of the here and now and to be open and curious about your experience.
  • Observing the self - I show you how to develop a transcendental sense of self so you can step back from your unhelpful stories you tell yourself.
  • Values - You'll define your values with clarity and identify what you stand for and what truly matters to you. 
  • Committed action - I help you define goals according to your values and help you commit to taking action even when action is difficult.

Each week you'll be set homework and be required to carry out a daily mindfulness practice of 15 to 20 minutes per day. 

Homework will be a mixture of self reflective and life planning exercises.

At the end of the programme you'll have a detailed and clear idea of the life you want for yourself, the person you want to be and most importantly the skills and knowledge of how you are going to achieve it.

A weekly in-depth conversation

We will meet every week for an hour-long conversation.

This won't be like any other conversation that you've had in the past as I'll use a technique called experiential dialogue. 

Experiential dialogue is an evidence-based strategy for harnessing the power of language to free you from life-constricting patterns and promote psychological flourishing.

Grounded in relational frame theory (RFT), the theory of language acquisition and cognition, experiential dialogue helps you see yourself in a new light and with a new perspective.

We will use your present moment awareness to help you go deep into your emotions and roadblocks; I'll use experiential metaphor and techniques that will help you activate and shape your own behaviour change.

Through experiential dialogue, I help you build a flexible sense of self while fostering meaning and motivation that stays with you after each session.

Your Investment

How much is it worth to you to be free of self-doubt, anxiety and stress? 

To know who you are in your heart and dare to live your life in-line with your deepest held values?

To be calm in the face of frustration and anger?

To have clarity of purpose and know how you are going to achieve your goals?

When I ask my clients this question they say "priceless".

This is why I use a method called value-based pricing to set my fees for this programme.

This means together we work out a price that is good value for me and good value for you.

Although I do have a minimum price, in essence, this means that you tell me how much you are willing to pay for your coaching.

The fee should be large enough to motivate you to take action but also affordable. It should give you a little bit of anxiety when you think of your number.

Your figure is unique to you, your life circumstances and your income. But I find most people pay around a month's net wage for the entire programme.

The fee is due up front in full before the programme starts and is non-refundable.

After the programme finishes, we will continue to work together for up to another six months helping you build on the foundation you've created.

You'll then pay a per session price of €125 every two or three weeks.

On average it will take you about 12 to 18 months to fully overcome your unhelpful behaviours and break your unhelpful patterns and be settled into your new life.

The 21-day habit formation is a popular psychology myth.

This programme is not for you..

Unless you are willing to go deep into your emotional roadblocks and are committed to doing the work you need to change your life.

I can guarantee results because ACT is based on solid evidence and I only work with people who are committed, ready and willing to change.

Coaching with me is about exploring your difficult emotions and deepest fears.

You won't find me shouting at you or being confrontational. I'm not one of these in your face coaches telling you brutal truths about yourself.

If you want a coach who is going to motivate you through conflict, then that isn't me.

I will, however, ask you the difficult questions that you've been avoiding asking yourself.

I'll take you places that you don't want to go so you can see yourself in a new light and with a new perspective.

And I'll do it with compassion, love and acceptance.
